Why
TREK?
FIRST
CLASS COMPONENTS
A first class travel experience
is only possible by utilizing first class components. The best itinerary
must be carried out through quality arrangements from transportation
to lodging to attractions and sightseeing.
HOTELS
TREK Travel Programs uses
only first class hotel properties. Extensive research is completed
on all properties booked as well as reliance on our national network
of hotels to insure quality accommodations. Location and hotel amenities,
such as interior corridors, continental breakfasts, group friendly
staff, are important to a successful trip. Students are roomed in
quadruple occupancy unless otherwise specified by the group.
TRANSPORTATION
While a variety of transportation
modes are available, luxury motor coaches are the primary means
of travel. TREK Travel Programs utilizes only the best coach operator
companies certified, licensed, fully insured. Our national
network of coach operators
provide safe, reliable service on modern equipment operated by courteous
drivers.
Motor
coach (or, tour bus) amenities are also important, such as modern
wide-body vehicles equipped with restrooms, reclining seats, VCR
and video, and PA systems.
ATTRACTIONS
/ SIGHTSEEING
Certainly, an important
component of any trip is what you will do and see. Each itinerary
is customized to your groups specific travel needs. Depending
on the destination of your TREK, careful consideration of all attractions
and sightseeing opportunities will insure the best possible program.
GUIDE
SERVICES
Tour itineraries will
incorporate the services of a local guide in many destinations.
These experienced guides will direct highlighted sightseeing as
well as disburse history and trivia unique to their cities.
MEALS
Generally, meal arrangements
are the responsibility of the group unless specifically included
in your tour package. Consideration of meal arrangements will be
noted in the development of your TREK. Whenever possible, unique
meal opportunities will be included to enhance the itinerary or
travel experience.
INTERACTIVE WEB-SITE
TREKTravelPrograms.com,
now being developed, is a unique interactive web-site designed to
enhance the TREK experience from planning and registration to research
